工作人员介绍荔园村一年来的蜕变。邵建平要求各部门要配合联动,里外并进,提升成效。深圳蒲典网7月26日讯（见圳客户端、深圳蒲典网记者 何静）7月25日，梅林街道召开安全生产和环境卫生现场会暨工作分析会议。街道党工委书记邵建平，党工委副书记、办事处主任刘慕军，区应急管理局副局长刘汉元，街道公共安全办、市容环境科、执法队相关单位主要负责人及股份公司、物业管理公司等主要负责人参加会议。“从以前的市容环境差、安全隐患多、市政配套不足，经过一年的综合治理，如今在全市城市环境品质提升行动优秀项目复审中被评定为优秀项目，荔园村实现了‘破茧蝶变’。”下午两点半，相关人员在荔园村召开现场会。在荔园村参观一圈后，街道办事处副主任、执法队长耿晨毅介绍，针对城中村消防应急水平低、电气燃气隐患突出等“痛点”，荔园村打通全部天台“生命通道”，配备17个室外消防栓、4个微型消防站，建立消防管理机制，完成全部楼栋每户建档；全面实施“一户一表”、电气线路套管保护，漏电保护装置安装率达100%；推进“天然气进村”工程，管道天然气普及率达100%。针对强弱电混搭、私拉乱接、黑网线横行等乱象，依法依规清理乱拉乱接电线约2150公斤，经统筹规划设计和统一开挖埋设，三线下地完成率达95%以上。配合区交通部门开展村道硬体化建设，村内实现道路硬化率100%。在荔园村公共空地规划停车场，明确规划机动车和电动车停放点，完善交通标志、标线、路牌70余处。记者了解到，在完成集中建设后，荔园村还持续推进“垃圾不落地”“人行道净化”工作，增加路面保洁和冲洗频次，每月定期更换破损的密闭垃圾桶。加快推进城中村生活垃圾分类，设置2处垃圾分类投放点，建立完善垃圾分类收运体系，开展垃圾分类入户宣传，促进回收智能化常态化等，防止“脏乱差”问题“回潮”。深圳的垃圾分类的3.0模式是什么样？在梅兴苑，记者看到了它的模样。垃圾分类投放点设置了雨棚、配备了洗手池、语音播报器，还有方便夜间使用的照明设备。据街道市容环境科科长郑湘萍介绍，梅兴苑内这样完善的垃圾分类设施有3套，此外还有专门的大件垃圾投放点。“下半年，我们将向区城市管理和执法局申报建设3.0版小区51个，让梅林更加整洁、美丽。”针对梅林街道的安全生产和环境卫生工作情况，街道党工委书记邵建平在随后召开的分析会上表示，安全生产和环境卫生必需要抓，而且要狠抓，一抓到底，常抓不懈。他要求，各部门、单位要认清形势，持续提升市容环境，下决心争创一流。要配合联动，里外并进，提升成效，股份公司是城中村综合治理的责任人，各物业管理单位是各小区安全和环境卫生管理的责任人，社区工作站和街道业务科室要做好指导、监督的角色。邵建平强调，要强化落实，迎难而上，彰显担当。安全生产和环境卫生任务艰巨、繁重。无论硬件还是软件上，都还有不少硬仗要打，街道各单位要拿出刮骨疗伤的气概做好工作，以硬作风、硬措施坚决完成硬任务，为福田加快建设高质量发展的社会主义现代化典范城区贡献应有的力量。

见圳客户端·深圳蒲典网2019年7月27日讯 连日来，鹏城持续高温天气。昨日，全市最高气温普遍在33℃~35℃，其中有32个气象自动站最高气温超过35℃，全市最高气温出现在东门站（37.1℃）。高温黄色预警信号生效中，本次生效的预警信号已是今年第5个高温黄色预警。这个天气出门，大家见面都是“熟人”。放眼全国，持续炎热天气的城市不止深圳。据悉，7月16日至25日，全国近半数县（市）出现高温天气，分别于6月11日至15日，7月1日至5日和16日至25日出现了3次明显的高温天气过程。其中，7月16日以来的高温过程影响范围广、强度强、持续时间长，全国将近一半（1199个）县（市）出现35℃以上高温天气，其中421个县（市）出现了37℃以上高温天气。全球高温接力，多国气温破纪录。7月19日，世界气象组织（WMO）证实，全球度过了有历史记录以来最热的6月，超过了2016年同月。根据印度国家气象局发布的最新数据，首都新德里今年6月的最高气温达到48℃，这是当月气温的同期最高值。在拉贾斯坦邦楚鲁市，近一个月内的最高气温甚至超过50℃，接近历史极值。深圳市气象台相关气象专家指出，今年以来深圳市国家基本气象站记录到33℃以上的炎热天数共11天，比近5年平均值20天少9天，比30年气候值少8天。最高气温35.6℃，比近5年同期最高36.7℃偏低1.1℃。目前，深圳的高温天气并没有破历史纪录。但深圳今年高温影响较去年重。气象专家分析指出，其主要原因是去年后汛期副高异常偏北，而且台海一带活动台风很少，雷雨天气多发，这导致不易出现大范围持续高温天气。而今年环流相比之下高温比去年要容易出现一些。深圳夏季平均季长达196天，夏天才刚刚开始。预计7月底到9月，高温炎热天气（即最高气温33℃以上）大致在20天左右。市气象台预测，27日炎热天气持续，白天以晴天间多云天气为主，部分时间有短时阵雨，气温28-33℃，中北部及人口密集区35℃或以上，市民外出注意防暑降温，尽量在中午时段减少户外活动。28日起高温有所缓解，28-30日多雷阵雨，局部可达大雨，部分时间伴有6-8级短时大风。（深圳商报记者 董思）

见圳客户端·深圳蒲典网2019年7月26日讯（见圳客户端、深圳蒲典网记者 潘润华）冯刚毅是著名的粤剧表演艺术家，1989年，他凭借《风雪夜归人》获得第六届中国戏剧“梅花奖”，成为粤剧界第一位梅花奖得主，2002年又凭借《驼哥的旗》梅开二度。他坚持献身粤剧事业，为深圳、为中国的粤剧事业做出了卓越的贡献。7月25日，冯刚毅艺术成就研讨会在深圳雅枫酒店雅莲厅举行，市内外专家学者近20人，就冯刚毅在粤剧艺术方面的个人成就、冯刚毅粤剧表演的艺术风格、冯刚毅艺术发展与深圳发展的关系、深圳粤剧文化的发展及深圳粤剧文化的传承与弘扬等问题积极讨论并发言。“冯刚毅是中国戏曲事业发展中的杰出人才”冯刚毅十六岁开始学艺，从此一直活跃在粤剧舞台。1980年，他因《鸳鸯泪洒莫愁湖》中的多情公子徐澄这一形象而崭露头角，观众对他的表演评价颇高。后又在《情僧偷到潇湘馆》中饰演贾宝玉一角，反响非常热烈，新马师曾大赞冯刚毅的唱腔“神似凡腔，尤胜凡腔”，而香港传媒更赠给冯刚毅一顶桂冠——“深圳情僧”，这都是对他演技的极大肯定。中国戏剧家协会秘书长崔伟表示，冯刚毅不仅对深圳文化发展作出很大的贡献，也对广东粤剧艺术进行了很好的推广和提升。“他是建国70年以来，特别在改革开放以来，在中国戏曲事业发展中很重要的一个杰出人才。”崔伟谈到，中国戏曲是以行当为主，很少有演员，特别是文武生演员把塑性变成丑。而冯刚毅塑造的驼哥，用卑微的角色体现内心的正义和伟大。73岁高龄的老艺术家连演3小时感动观众冯刚毅的音域宽，音色美，唱腔清脆明亮、圆润柔和，其表演朴实，真实自然，洒脱而不轻佻，更因擅长真假嗓音结合被外国报刊称赞“跻身于大师级的行列”。同时，他追求在传统的基础上结合现代人的欣赏习惯和审美趣味大胆突破，革新创造，使粤剧得到枝繁叶茂的发展，获得青年观众的支持。在近六十年舞台实践经验的基础上，冯刚毅一直心系艺术，从未停止探索，不断求新求变，勇于挑战突破自我，从粤剧舞台跨界影视，古稀之年出演电视剧《七十二家房客》，在剧中饰演金医生，广受观众喜爱。中国戏曲学院导演系主任、一级导演裴福林表示，近73岁高龄的老艺术家，在近3个小时的大戏中，从头到尾一丝不苟地完成。“我觉得不是我一个人的感动，是整个剧场的感动。不仅是为冯老师的艺术感动，而也为冯老师的人格所感动。”他谈及近日观看的冯刚毅演出，直言对其十分敬佩。冯刚毅：感谢深圳圆了我的梦想冯刚毅深入生活，扎根人民，倾听时代的足音，呼吸时代的空气，把握时代的脉搏，真正做到艺术创作符合时代发展，为粤剧的传承和社会的进步都做出了卓越的贡献。“艺术创作的成果是综合性集体智慧的集中表现。我是在深圳的大好环境和良好机遇中锻炼成长的，是特区改革开放、粤剧焕发新活力的见证者、经历者、得益者，感谢深圳圆了我的梦想，也相信有志传承和弘扬优秀传统文化的艺术家，一定会创造出无愧新时代的更精彩辉煌的明天。”冯刚毅在会上谦虚地谈到。据了解，深圳在短短的40年间不但创造了经济上的奇迹，而且创造了文化上的奇迹。被誉为“南国红豆”的粤剧，流行于粤、桂、港、澳、台等地区，并随着粤籍华侨传播到亚洲、美洲、大洋洲、欧洲，成为海外拥有最多观众和最有影响力的地方剧种，这是冯刚毅等一代又一代的粤剧艺术工作者共同努力的结果。如今深圳文艺事业不断繁荣发展，粤剧为提升城市影响、擦亮城市文化名片发挥了重要作用。

抹香鲸牙齿见圳客户端·深圳蒲典网2019年7月26日讯（见圳客户端、深圳蒲典网记者 潘润华 通讯员 汪兰辉）7月26日，记者从深圳海关了解到，2019年上半年，该关隶属罗湖海关查获走私象牙、玳瑁、抹香鲸牙齿、鳄鱼皮、鹿茸鹿角、石珊瑚等濒危野生动植物及其制品案件20多宗，截获相关制品逾千件。据罗湖海关相关负责人介绍，从查获的濒危野生动植物种类来看，除了以往常见的象牙小饰品、土沉香、檀香紫檀、珊瑚等“熟面孔”外，也有一些少见的“生面孔”，如抹香鲸牙齿、玳瑁、鳄鱼皮、马鹿角等濒危野生动植物及制品案件被相继查获。这些物品往往因为其绚丽的外形或“传说中”的功用，而成为不法交易市场的新宠。石珊瑚记者了解到，当事人为了逃避海关监管，使用的“招儿”也是五花八门。有的明目张胆放在手提塑料袋中拎着就带过关的，比如该关3月份查获的玳瑁背甲壳走私案中，当事人是一名00后女生，她背着背包、手提黑色塑料袋过关时，被海关人员抽查。罗湖海关工作人员发现，她的塑料袋中装有大量片状的可疑物品，这些可疑物品大概有两个巴掌那么大，每片都带有褐色和浅黄色相间的花纹颜色比较艳丽。后经华南野生动物物种鉴定中心鉴定，上述物品就是海龟科玳瑁属玳瑁的背甲壳，共计4390克。也有利用其他物品进行夹藏的，比如该关5月份查获的石珊瑚走私案中，当事人将石珊瑚放在行李箱中，海关关员在对其行李进行X光机检查时，在机检图像中发现了异常，于是开箱查验，发现当事人在行李中携带了大量日杂货，而5株石珊瑚就夹藏在这些日杂货中。象牙制品海关介绍，在查获的这些濒危野生动植物走私案件中，一部分当事人承认是为非法赚取携带过关的“带工费”才铤而走险。还有一些旅客承认自己出入境之前没有了解清楚相关规定，导致违法行为的发生。我国早在1981年就加入了《濒危野生动植物种国际贸易公约》（CITES）。根据CITES以及《海关法》、野生动植物保护法等法律法规规定，邮寄、携带、托运野生动植物及其制品出入境，必需持国家濒危办或其驻各地的办事处出具的允许进出口证明书向海关申报，否则，旅客严禁携带濒危动植物及其制品。根据《刑法》第一百五十一条规定，走私国家禁止进出口的珍贵动物及其制品，将处五年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。海关提醒广大进出境旅客，目前正值暑期出境旅游高峰，在度假同时，应注意了解我国及旅游目的地国家关于濒危野生动植物进出境管理的相关法律法规，切勿购买濒危动植物及制品，更不要未经许可携带出入境，否则将被追究相应的法律责任。海关查货的玳瑁
