深圳和澳门在促进中医药发展方面很有前景见圳客户端·深圳蒲典网2019年7月26日讯（见圳客户端、深圳蒲典网记者 张玲）日前，深圳市人大常委会副主任蒋宇扬一行组成调研小组走访调研澳门，就“加快发展生物医药产业，推动我市战略新兴产业发展”开展专题调研。以“粤港澳大湾区”为依托，加强深澳两地交流与合作。调研小组先后调研走访了澳门卫生局和澳门科技大学，与卫生局副局长郑成业、药物事务厅厅长蔡炳祥，以及澳门科技大学副校长姜志宏等人其进行了深入交流，并参观了中药质量研究国家重点实验室。据介绍，澳门卫生局在药品进出口以及市场监管方面做到每批稽查。在澳深合作方面，澳门代表希望能与深圳建立跨境的药品检定研究所，组建国际水平的药检专业队伍，并希望在粤港澳大湾区的背景下，与深圳在中医药领域，就中药标准方面进行合作。澳门科技大学在产学研及成果转化方面具有一定的优势，已经成功落地数个优质项目。学校设立的大学基金与深圳清华力合已有合作，并于今年成立了深港澳科技联盟，促进澳门和深圳科技方面的沟通。澳门科技大学副校长姜志宏表示，中药质量研究国家重点实验室与深圳科研方向非常契合，希望日后能加强项目交流合作。 蒋宇扬副主任希望在此次调研活动中能与澳门政府、高校及相关企业建立合作互通渠道，特别是在中医药发展方面能有所突破，希望澳门发挥地域优势，建立中医药的欧盟标准。他说，深圳具有一批优秀的生物医药企业，涵盖创新
